As a Project Manager, you independently take responsibility for managing projects and client relationships at LIGANOVA HORIZON. You plan, coordinate and deliver — reliably, structurally and with a clear focus on quality, efficiency and profitability. You are the central interface between clients and interdisciplinary teams across creation, motion, 3D, technology and development, ensuring that ambitious digital projects are delivered smoothly and at the highest level.

WHAT YOU DO
- Independently plan, manage and monitor national and international projects
- Independently manage individual clients — with regular communication at eye level and active influence on client direction
- Translate client briefings into clear, complete agency briefings for all involved disciplines
- Orchestrate interdisciplinary teams across creation, motion, 3D, technology and development
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports and budget overviews
- Proactively resolve conflicts, risks and deviations from plan throughout the project
- Actively identify and place upsell and cross-sell opportunities in client relationships
- Take responsibility for positive project profitability through efficient resource and cost management
- Continuously develop project management methods, expertise and tool competence
WHO YOU ARE
- 2–5 years of professional experience in project management, ideally within a digital or creative agency
- Proven experience in independently managing projects and communicating directly with clients
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working with a strong awareness of quality and cost efficiency
- Ability to coordinate interdisciplinary teams, manage disciplines and reliably lead projects to completion
- Strong sense for client needs and initial experience in proactively identifying and placing potential within client relationships
- Self-responsible mindset — you take responsibility for your actions and their consequences
- Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently adapt to different stakeholders
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German and English
