Junior Project Manager (all genders)

As a Junior Project Manager, you start your project management career at LIGANOVA HORIZON — in an environment that is demanding, interdisciplinary and close to international clients and projects. You learn how to plan and manage projects, coordinate teams and handle client communication — with the support of experienced Project Managers by your side.

• Support the planning, management and monitoring of projects under guidance
• Communicate with project contacts on the client side — regularly, structurally and service-oriented
• Receive, clarify and translate client briefings into clear agency briefings for all disciplines involved
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams across creation, motion, 3D, technology and development
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines and status reports
• Monitor resource allocation and project profitability with a focus on efficiency and costs
• Support the identification of upsell and cross-sell potential in client relationships
• Continuously develop your own project management methodology, tool competence and expertise

• Completed degree in business, communication, media, design or a comparable field
• 0–3 years of professional experience, ideally with initial project experience in an agency or digital environment
• Structured, organized way of working and a strong commitment to quality
• Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of working with different teams and stakeholders
• Curiosity and willingness to learn — you truly want to understand project management methodology, the agency world and digital projects
• Initiative and willingness to take responsibility for your own actions
• Good English and very good German, both written and spoken
