As a Senior Project Manager, you independently manage large-scale, complex projects and multiple client relationships. You orchestrate internal and external teams, actively steer client decisions and proactively develop the business. This role is demanding, multifaceted and close to the topics that drive LIGANOVA HORIZON — excellent digital creation, international clients and projects that go far beyond classic project management.

WHAT YOU DO
- Independently manage large-scale, complex projects as well as multiple client accounts in parallel
- Actively steer client decisions through regular, strategic communication with project contacts and connected stakeholders
- Create comprehensive agency briefings including master plans based on client briefings — proactively preparing insights that support project success
- Orchestrate interdisciplinary internal and external teams across creation, motion, 3D, technology and development
- Take responsibility for optimal resource allocation, cost efficiency and positive project profitability
- Proactively identify and place business development impulses based on excellent industry and client knowledge
- Provide professional support and guidance to Junior and Mid-Level Project Managers in day-to-day project work
- Confidently manage crises in complex conflicts and deviations from plan
- Actively share project management knowledge, best practices and expertise within the team
WHO YOU ARE
- 5–10 years of professional experience in project management, including several years within a digital or creative agency
- Proven experience in independently managing large-scale, complex projects and several clients in parallel
- Strong persuasiveness, assertiveness and strategic communication skills — also at decision-maker level
- Ability to orchestrate interdisciplinary teams, coordinate disciplines and lead projects efficiently to success
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense for business development potential in client relationships
- Willingness to actively seek responsibility — for your own actions and those of the team
- Enjoyment of developing others, sharing knowledge and advancing project management standards within the team
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German and English
