You work independently within clear creative frameworks, contribute your craft at an excellent level and help evolve 3D as an integral part of modern digital creation. WHAT YOU DO
- Independently develop and produce high-quality 3D assets, visualizations and animations for digital campaigns, experiences and platforms
- Translate 3D concepts into execution based on clear creative frameworks and visual systems
- Handle modeling, texturing, lighting and rendering for a wide range of digital output channels and touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Motion Designers, Creative Technologists and developers within interdisciplinary project teams
- Actively integrate AI and generative AI tools into 3D workflows and production processes
- Contribute to the evolution of visual styles, 3D languages and technical standards
- Ensure the highest quality in modeling, texturing and final output
- Stay actively engaged with trends in 3D, real-time rendering, AI and digital visual culture
WHO YOU ARE
- 2–5 years of professional experience as a 3D Artist, 3D Designer or CGI Artist, ideally within a digital or creative agency or in a CGI/VFX environment
- Strong portfolio featuring high-quality 3D work — ideally with a focus on brand communication, product visualization or digital experiences
- Confident skills in common 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or similar; knowledge of Octane or Redshift is a plus
- Good understanding of compositing and the integration of 3D into motion design workflows
- Strong sense of light, materiality, proportion and digital aesthetics
- High affinity for AI, generative AI and emerging creative technologies, with the willingness to actively integrate them into your own workflow
- Independent, structured way of working and reliability in project execution
- Team-oriented mindset and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Good English and very good German, both written and spoken
